Christina was introduced to LET and the Lymphstar Pro machine in 2019 when her sister, who had been seeing a specialist to alleviate lymph congestion at her doctor's request, experienced significant improvements. Impressed by the results, Christina decided to book her first appointment. Long days spent working in an office, often sitting at a desk, had caused discomfort in her body. Although she was seeing a chiropractor as needed and getting monthly massages, something still seemed to be missing. After her initial Lymphstar treatments, Christina noticed a reduction in puffiness, a decrease in stress, and an overall sense of well-being. Pleased with the results, she incorporated regular appointments into her health and wellness routine.

In 2020, the LET specialist retired, and with life getting busy, finding a new LET specialist was put on the back burner. In 2022, COVID-19 entered the household. While Christina's recovery was relatively quick, some lingering symptoms persisted into the fall. Her sister, however, developed long-haul symptoms and has been struggling ever since. With guidance from her doctor and therapists, her sister saw gradual improvement, but by the end of 2024, progress had slowed, and it felt like something was still missing.

Wanting to help her sister, Christina suggested revisiting the Lymphstar machine. Since lymph congestion was a pre-existing condition, she wondered if it could be the missing piece in overcoming her sister's long-haul symptoms. Christina enrolled in a certification course with the goal of helping her sister and other family members. During the course, she discovered a genuine passion for the work and began to envision it as a potential career change. Now, Christina is excited to bring this transformative modality to the community so others can experience the same benefits she and her sister have seen.
