Kristina’s approach to massage therapy grew from a lifelong interest in movement, fitness, and how the body adapts, recovers, and performs. Her background as a competitive swimmer and personal trainer gave her an appreciation for the connection between strength, mobility, repetitive movement, and recovery—and ultimately led her to pursue a more therapeutic approach to bodywork.
Kristina’s foundational training includes Neuromuscular Therapy and Thai Massage. She also incorporates deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, cupping, scraping, assisted stretching, and mobility work, tailoring each session to what your body needs that day.
She especially enjoys working with active clients, chronic tension, repetitive-use patterns, restricted movement, and those stubborn areas that never seem to fully let go. Her goal is to help you move more comfortably, feel more at ease in your body, and develop a better understanding of what your body may be asking for.
Outside the treatment room, Kristina is a mom, dog lover, and lifelong student of movement, wellness, and the human body.
