Nicole Kathryn McCall is a certified fascia stretching practitioner, lifelong dancer, and owner-director of Dance Your Heart Out®️. With over two decades of movement education, she is certified by examination through Dance Masters of America to teach ballet, tap, modern, and jazz, is the former owner of Northwest Conservatory of Dance, and worked throughout Portland/Hillsboro public schools as an arts integration specialist.
After college, Nicole discovered partner dancing as a way to make friends and build meaningful connection—beginning with swing and expanding into salsa, bachata, tango, and blues. Today, she is a dedicated social dancer, regularly dancing multiple times a week and deeply committed to maintaining a body that supports the life she loves.
Following motherhood and a car accident that changed her body, Nicole made a conscious decision not to give up on movement. As a self-identified “comeback dancer,” she understands firsthand what it takes to return to the activities you love—and to keep doing them.
Nicole's mission is to help people continue doing what they love in their bodies for as long as possible. She works with clients to improve mobility, alignment, and function so they can continue participating in the activities that bring them joy—now and for years to come.
